We're on a Mission to Maximize the Impact of Europes In-house Senior Sustainability Leaders.

The Sustainability Circle was founded with the shared belief that in order to accelerate the transformation of organizations, there needs to be a strong collective of highly skilled sustainability leaders who come together and help each other succeed. At TSC, they get together in tight-knit Circles (peer-learning groups) to  jointly solve their challenges, share unique insights and build powerful career-making relationships.

“The Sustainability Circle is a private club for sustainability leaders that has been specifically designed for their challenges and needs. ”

Members connect in-person all over Europe

Meeting in person builds connections that are hard to replicate digitally. TSC members foster these bonds through exclusive events like dinners and happy hours in hubs around the world.

The Story behind TSC

Meet Max and Jonas, the founding team of The Sustainability Circle.

Max and Jonas first worked together at a Berlin-based climate tech company focused on energy efficiency in the built environment. Through close collaboration with corporate sustainability teams, they built trusted relationships with senior leaders and saw the realities of the role up close.Over time, clear patterns emerged — in the challenges these leaders faced, the decisions they carried, and the lack of trusted spaces to think complex issues through.

TSC later received funding from the European Union and the European Social Fund in recognition of its mission: giving sustainability leaders access to peers who have already navigated similar decisions, pressures, and trade-offs. Members learn what works in practice, what does not, and what to do next. The result is faster progress, fewer costly missteps, and change that holds inside the organisation.
